Directions: In a large kettle, bring 10 cups water to a boil. Add 1 1/4 cups diced ham or cooked, diced chicken; slowly stir soup mix. Cover, reduce heat and simmer slowly for 1 hour. Then uncover for an additional 30 minutes of cooking or until rice is tender. May crockpot on LOW for 3 hours. Ingredients: Long grain brown rice, wild rice, chicken bouillon (contains MSG), flour, dried celery, dried carrots, nonfat dry milk, dried onion, chives, garlic powder and oregano.
